A multi-layer sport-styled jacket that is highly versatile in all kinds of weather, the Megaton Jacket features Alpinestars exclusive DRYSTAR® 100% waterproof and breathable membrane while being light and durable.
Construction
- Reinforced, 600D poly-fabric textile outer with PU coating for water-repelling performance.
- Removable exclusive DRYSTAR® 100% waterproof and breathable liner for excellent all-weather performance
- Removable long-sleeve thermal liner ensures jacket versatility and comfort in cold and hot conditions.
- Full mesh lining for improved airflow.
- Sports-styled garment with accordion stretch panels on elbows and shoulders for improved sport riding performance.
Safety features
- Impact protection provided by removable elbow and shoulder protectors.
- Chest and back compartments with poly-foam comfort padding (Bio-Armor back protector insert available as accessory).
- Ballistic-reinforced polymer in critical areas gives added abrasion resistance to shoulders and elbows.
- Sleeve volume control features Velcro® and snap fastening adjustments to prevent protection displacement during impact slides and also allowing highly personalized fit.

- Alpinestars’ Climate Control System (CCS) features zippered shoulder air intakes and rear exhaust zippers for greater regulation of internal airflow for enhanced riding comfort.
- Additional reinforced, external padding zones on upper and lower back offer comfort while wearing a backpack.
